Our BeefLover Strip Steak is cut from the short loin, the portion of the back behind the Rib Cage. This cut is prized for its excellent deep marbling and boldly delicious beef flavor. Each BeefLover American Wagyu Strip Steak is filled with wonderful complexity creating a one-of-a-kind steak eating experience. Hand cut to about 1 1/4 inches thick. We recommend cooking Wagyu Strip Steaks over med-high heat because extremely high heat can melt the fat and cause the steak to become tough and chewy.
